Refunds:  We want you to be one hundred percent satisfied with your website order and will therefore exchange or refund any item you are not happy with. Returns must be made within ten days of receipt of package and all tags must be securely fastened to the garments. You will be required to pay for the shipping to return the item(s).  Once we receive your item, a refund will be credited to the original form of payment.  Furniture and other special order items such as bedding is not returnable.  Please note, our refund policy only applies to purchases made through the website.   In store purchases and phone order purchases receive store credit. 

Exchanges:  If you would like to exchange the item for a different size or color, please contact us at 248.539.0500 so that we can check the inventory.

Shipping:  Our standard form of shipping is Ground Fed Ex.  Our cost is $13.50 for standard size items.  Furniture, bedding and other large items will be priced separately.  This typically takes 3 - 5 days.  If you would like overnight service, please contact us at 248.539.0500 to request this service.  The cost will be $25.00.
